Cyber Media (India) Ltd lists on BSE, NSE at premium

11th June 2005: The stock of Cyber Media (India) Ltd was listed on the bourses on Friday and closed at a premium on The Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

On BSE, the stock opened at Rs 75, compared to its issue price of Rs 60. The stock touched a high and low of Rs 109.35 and Rs 75, respectively during intra-day trades. The stock finally closed at Rs 105.45, a premium of more than 75% to its issue price. A total of 44.21 lakh shares were traded on the BSE. The total market capitalisation of the stock was pegged at Rs 105.46 crore.

On NSE, the stock closed at Rs 105.85, a premium of 76.42% over its issue price. The stock touched a high and low of Rs 109.30 and Rs 74.10 respectively during intra-day trades. A total of 1.10 crore shares were traded on NSE and the total m-cap was pegged at Rs 105.86 crore.

The fixed price offer of Cyber Media which closed on May 9, 2005 was oversubscribed by 2.70 times. The offer size was pegged at Rs 16.93 crore.
