Centurion Bank - Listing of GDRs on Luxembourg Stock Exchange

30th March 2005: Centurion Bank Ltd has informed BSE that 1,45,83,300 Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) issued by the Bank have been listed and permitted to be traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange w.e.f. March 29, 2005. The GDRs were issued at US $ 4.80 each, with each GDR representing 15 underlying equity shares of the Bank.

Rel Comm to be listed on Mar 6

3rd March 2006: The Anil Ambani-controlled Reliance Communication Ventures (RCoVL) will start trading on the bourses on March 6. RCoVL will be the last of the four demerged entities of Reliance Industries, which are now under Anil's control, to get listed. "It will start trading on March 6," a company official said. Around 122.31 crore equity shares with a face value Rs 5 each would be listed. The listing of the four companies would be followed by a merger of REVL and RCVL with Reliance Energy and Reliance Capital, respectively.

Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL) lists on BSE, NSE

1st March 2006: Anil Ambani-controlled Reliance Natural Resources Ltd was listed at Rs 17.50 on the stock exchanges on Wednesday.

The RNRL shares opened at Rs 17.50 on the Bombay Stock Exchange and touched a high of Rs 30 before being quoted at Rs 21 at 10:15 am. More than one crore shares changed hands in early morning trading in 135 block deals.

A total of 122.31 crore shares of face value Rs 5 each have been listed at BSE.

RNRL is the third of the four new companies transferred to Anil Ambani to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Last month, Reliance-ADAG had listed two of its entities - Reliance Capital Ventures and Reliance Energy Ventures. The Anil Ambani group would now list the shares of Reliance Communication Ventures.

The listing of the companies will be followed by a merger of REVL and RCVL with the utility major Reliance Energy Ltd and Reliance Capital Ltd respectively.
